Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the first available business day.

Shipping Time

Shipment is guaranteed within a maximum of 45 days from the date of shipment, barring unforeseen delays due to courier or customs.

Europe (EU): 10-30 business days
Non-EU countries: 15-45 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping is fully covered by Briefly.
The customer bears no additional costs for standard delivery.

Any customs duties in non-EU countries remain the responsibility of the customer, according to local regulations.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@brevemente.eu

We will open a file with the courier company and arrange for a new shipment or a refund.

Incorrect or Missing Addresses

If the address provided at the time of order is incorrect or incomplete, any delays or non-delivery will not be the responsibility of Briefly.

In such cases, an additional charge for redelivery may be necessary.
