If you would like to make a return or exchange, please email your request to info@brevemente.eu within 30 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for return, the product must be:

-unused and in perfect condition;
-complete with labels and original packaging;
-free of signs of wear and tear or damage;
-accompanied by the receipt or order confirmation.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We recommend using a traceable shipping service.

Timing of Return Management

Once we receive the product, we will conduct a quality check within 3-5 business days.
If the return is approved, a refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will be visible within 30 working days, depending on the banking circuit.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

-Custom or custom-made items;
-sealed products unfit for return for hygienic reasons (perfumes, candles, cosmetics);
-swimwear, underwear and lingerie;
-Face masks, sleeping masks;
-Articles that have been worn, washed or lacking the hygienic label.

Defective or Wrong Products

In the case of a defective or incorrect product, Briefly will bear the shipping costs and provide a replacement or a full refund. At the customer's request, a replacement may be made instead of a refund.
