-unsuitable sealed items (perfumes, candles, cosmetics)
-lingerie, costumes, articles in direct contact with the skin lacking the hygienic label

Legal Warranty

All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty against conformity defects.
The customer must report the defect within 2 months of discovery.

The following are excluded:

-damage due to improper use
-wear and tear
-unauthorized intervention

Limitation of Liability

Brevemente S.R.L.S. is not responsible for:

-interruptions of the web service
-delays caused by couriers
-indirect or consequential damages
-injuries due to information provided incorrectly by the customer

In no case shall liability exceed the value of the order placed.
